To serve food, drinks, and to accommodate guests needs in a courteous and timely manner to ultimately create a unique and enjoyable experience.
LINE COOK/
PREP COOK
To complete all assigned prep work and sets up cook’s station. Maintains product presentations, product quality and cook time standards. Prepares all menu items according to recipes, plate presentations and specifications.
BARTENDER
To mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following restaurant specifications. Serves drinks and food to club members and guests in a courteous and timely manner to ultimately create a unique and enjoyable experience.
DISHWASHER
To maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for dinnerware, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, cookware, as well as the dishwashing area, using machine and manual cleaning methods.

HOST
To greet (both arriving and departing) and seat all club members and guests in a friendly manner and assists in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant.
MANAGER
To manage daily operations of restaurant ensuring exceptional service, the highest quality of products, and profitability to ultimately create a unique and enjoyable experience for members, guests and team members.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
To assist General Manager in daily operations of restaurant ensuring exceptional service, the highest quality of products, and profitability to ultimately create a unique and enjoyable experience for members, guests and team members
BEVERAGE CART ATTENDEE
To sell/serve food and drinks and to accommodate club member and guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner on the golf course.
